Folder Structure

One of the reasons I swopped from Apple Photos to Adobe Lightroom is because of the ridiculous folder structure Apple has employed. After painstakingly putting my photos in specific albums Lightroom CC now puts these photos in date folders that are completely different to my required albums. This means if I want to share my photo library with anyone I can't. This is extremely frustrating and it means I cannot use the Cloud feature of Lightroom. Is there a possibility to include a feature that the Lightroom puts folders onto a harddrive exactly the same as the albums you have created in Lightroom. For example My Brothers Wedding Album goes into a folder called My Brothers Wedding not 2019->01.08 and 01.09 and 01.10

A single photo can be in multiple different albums, so you'd end up with numerous duplicates on your hard drive.

Have you tried sharing photos using shared web albums?

When importing you can create folders with any name and lightroom with put your pics in the folder you choose... if it goes into date folders thats because you told lightroom to do that.

That's true of Lightroom Classic, but this thread is about the cloudy version of Lightroom, which doesn't work the same way.
