The folder pane scrolls too far for one tick of the scrollwheel. In my settings, it's at the default, which is 3 lines per tick. Lightroom manages to scroll the folder pane as much as 11 lines per tick. It needs to respect my settings, not decide on its own what a good scroll speed/distance is.
