LIGHTROOM - Folder Label Does Not Change When Images Are Moved

If you have the grid view options set to display the folder and you move images from one folder to another, the folder label that is displayed does not change. You have to actually change the view options to something else and then back in order for it to update.

For example, I have images in a hierarchy under a folder "Decade" like "1980's, "1990's", "2000's", etc. If I display the Decade folder in Grid View, I can set the View Options to show the folder (1980's, etc). If I move some of the images from say, 1980's to 1990's, the labels remain as 1980's. I need to actually change the view mode and then change it back for the display to update.

That happens to me too (LR CC 2015.3 / OS X 10.10.5). Here's a screen shot showing the discrepancy between the folder shown under the thumbnail and the folder shown in the Metadata panel:
