Photoshop: Floating Windows - Random Movement

When I work with floating windows, every time I try and move a window Photoshop randomly moves it elsewhere - usually gradually off the side of the screen, slightly further with each time I try and put it where I want to work with it.

The only way I've found to get a floating window to where I want on my desktop is to put it into tab format, then pull it out of that to precisely where I want it - so there's a lot of trial and error involved....

How do I get floating windows to be to where I actually put them?

If you're using Windows, and your Start bar is at the top or left of your screen, that's probably the cause. Try moving the start bar to the bottom of the window and see if that helps.

Latest version - bought it today - my start bar is on the left - it's there so I have full use of the vertical height of my screen - is there any other way around this bug? because the last thing I want to do is take up room along the bottom of my screen with the start bar

OK works when I move my start bar to the right of my screen (instead of the left) - feel like I'm working with my hands crossed though - when is the bug actually going to be fixed? Is it being tracked for your next patch?

I just bought Photoshop CS6 Version 13.0 yesterday(2012 aug.20th, in Japan), I encountered this issue.
I use Windows7 Pro 64bit SP1.
32bit and 64bit both Photoshop CS6 have same problem.
When Windows Taskbar placed bottom, this issue not occur.
When Placed top side, left side and right side, this issue occur.

I usually Windows task bar at left side to maximize vertical screen size of work area.
Recent monitors have small vertical pixels, especially notebook systems, so
maximizing vertical work space size is very serious and important.

Could you fix this issue asap?

Work with Taskbar located various place is pretty basic function for any application software, so it seems that it's not tested by Adobe is UNBELIEVABLE!
