Flickering - tried everything still no fix

My canvas flickers to transparent when I'm drawing.
I'm using Photoshop CC on Windows 8 with a Wacom Bamboo. I recently upgraded to a SSD and I know I had the same problem on my last hard drive but switching the GPU to Basic handling worked for it.

Solutions I've tried:
- Switching the GPU handling, I've tried all of the different modes and also tried turning it off.
- Updating drivers. This fixed flickering to black but the transparency flicker is still there
- Reinstalling Photoshop
- Reinstalling tablet drivers
- Resetting Photoshop settings

None of these have worked. Please help, the constant flickering is causing migraines and making me unable to do my work.

I would suspect a bad video driver.

Determine what video card you have and go *directly to the manufacturers website (nVidia or ATI/AMD)* and download the latest driver: http://blogs.adobe.com/crawlspace/201...

Just doing Windows Update won't give you the latest and greatest drivers. You must go directly to your card manufacturers website to check for driver updates.
