LIGHTROOM: Flag a file with a voice note (associated .wav file)

I record noise notes associated with an image. I would like to be able to identify those images with a .wav associated with them (via metadata perhaps) then copy them and make copies of the files. While I may decide to delete an image due to its quality (or having a duplicate) I would like to be able to save it securely because of the noise note associated with it.
