Here's my idea for a feature -- Fix your ordering system so it doesn't work like it was still 1985. You can't place an order on Adobe.com and receive a serial number like you can with every other software company in the world. I just cancelled two orders with Adobe because I waited and waited and waited for the activation codes. I've come to detest dealing with Adobe because of the unbelievably pathetic ordering system. Talk about negative branding experiences? I will go to great lengths to avoid using Adobe products..
