OK,

When you create a 3d object using Repousse, with smaller or larger depth than 1, when you try and rotate it the centre pivot point is not in the centre of the object it's somewhere behind the object.

What I've included here is how to fix this issue. If you the downloaded the template above you will find that it's a 3d object with depth more than 1 "it's 2" and when you try to rotate it you will find the centre pivot point is in the centre of the object.
