When I size any image to fit it to screen (Command+0), the image softens and I lose all the detail and focus. I can zoom in or out +/- 1 step, and the focus comes back, but in the "fit to screen" size, it always distorts, every time, every image I use. I have tried to change some of my settings in preferences>performance, but I still get the same result. I've been having this issue for a few months now. Not the end of the world, but highly annoying when trying to retouch. I like being able to see the whole image in the focus it was captured in, but EVERY image I use does this - image size doesn't seem to matter. It even occurs when I am creating new graphics. I use Photoshop almost every day. Does anyone know how to fix this? Using Photoshop CC on Macbook Pro. I have checked for updates and none are available at this time.
