Photoshop Elements: Fine line printing issue with PSE 10 (Mac)

When I print a photo with Elements 10, I get fine vertical lines in the photo. This does not happen when I print from iPhoto (Mac) What am I doing wrong?

This most likely is a color management issue (iPhoto doesn't print using Color Management). Are you printing from the Editor or the Organizer?
