It would be really great if Revel offered the option to find photos by certain attributes in either the app or Unless I'm missing something, it seems right now one must scroll through potentially their entire library to find one photo in particular to edit, add to multiple albums/share, etcetera.

Searching by keywords/tags would seem to be the most obvious choice, but searching by month/year would also be nice and, eventually, geo-search functionality would be really great for those of us who geotag all of our photos.

Some might even be (more) willing to pay a premium for advanced features such as these.

Are you using Revel on an iphone or ipad? 2.0.1 has a slider in library view that displays the month an year as you are scrolling. Touch the photos you see and move your finger up or down a little bit. The slider will appear on the right side. You can drag it up and down to navigate. Also in library view, if you click the icon with the 9 staggered squares, you get to view the photos by date.

We understand the desire to search and display photos in order other than date. We have shared these wishes with product management so that they can evaluate features for future versions.

Thanks for your feedback.
