Photoshop: Find and Replace colors (e.g. Hex Values)

When designing layouts for the web, I constantly find myself tweaking the colors quite a bit before I land on my final decision. This means that I have to go thru all of my layers and layer styles styles and find the correct color that I need to change. I would like to see a feature that would work just like an IDE's (Code Editor) Find & Replace feature – where I could simply type in a hex value, and replace it with another. Essentially, this function would go thru all layers and layer styles and replace those value.

This reply was created from a merged topic originally titled Find and replace colors in Photoshop like you'd find and replace text for InD..

I'd like (no LOVE) to see a "find and replace" style option to change hex values in PS layers. So much time is wasted if the color of text and shape objects go form one hue to another! That'd be awesome. Do that Adobe. The new PSD CC 2014 is awesome!
