Find missing folder - Double click

Currently, having navigated to the new folder, when using "Find missing folder" I have to click on the new folder name and then move the mouse, and separately click on the "Select Folder" button.

Most PC operations would allow a Double click on the new name to perform the function and close the window.

A very minor point, but significant when re-naming a batch of folders

A double click opens the folder so you can select a subfolder. Just hit 'Enter' after you selected the correct folder.

I never thought of trying that, but it does not work on my PC.

I'm using Win10 64bit (which windows says is up to date although as they stagger releases to spread the load, this may not be 100% accurate). Also on LR CC 2015.9.

Are you using a Mac?

Even though "Select Folder" has the focus, hitting ENTER does nothing. I also tried TAB in case there was a "most selected" issue, but again, that does not work. I have to click!

Yes, I use a Mac, so perhaps that makes it different.

By the way: this is a system dialog box, not a Lightroom specific dialog. So even if Adobe wanted to change this, they couldn't (unless they would write their own open/save dialog boxes).

In theory I agree with you. It is a Windows dialog box. But I use a PC all the time, and I can tell you that this is not normal behaviour.

So yes it is a Windows box, but maybe Adobe have coded it differently
