PHOTOSHOP - Filters automatic close as soon as the first stoke or click

This problem shows up on my two computers: one runs Win 7 and the other runs Win 10.
Filters, especially Liquify and Camera RAW, would automatically close itself and save the change as soon as I make my first click on the panel or the first stroke on the picture. So I must open up the filter continuously and paint one stroke at each time and see it close. The Camera RAW filter even close itself as soon as I place a graduated filter or radial filter before I have time to change the parameters.

Sounds like something is pressing enter when you click, like a driver or utility associated with your mouse or tablet.

I didnot install that kind of software, and it happens on both of my computers. Other later installed filters like Nik, Portraiture, Topaz works very well.
Plus,if enter key is pressed, the filter should close immediately when I open it.

You said the filters are closing after you click. That means that something is sending an event for cancel or commit (enter).

Try running without the third party plugins (launch Photoshop with the shift key down).

Thank you for your reply. I tried run PS with shift key and skip loading plugins, but the problem still occurs. :-)

OK, so it is due to something outside of Photoshop -- still most likely a driver or some sort of utility program.
