LIGHTROOM 6 - Filter bar keyboard shortcut does not work on German keyboard

Using Lightroom 6.0.1 I tried to use the keyboard shortcut to make the filter bar appear disappear in the library module.
According to the Help text and the Dropdown text, the keyboard shortcut is the backslash character.
I am am using a German locale and German keyboard, so to produce a backslash character I need to press the ALTGR key together with the key to the right of the 0 (zero) key. Pressing these keys has no effect in LR6.
When I use the alternate way to producing the keycode (decimal 92) for the backslash (pressing ALT and then 92) makes the filter bar appear/disappear.
But I would prefer using the standard keyboard input !
BTW: in LR5 the shortcut was the less-than key ' which worked fine for me.
best regards, Harald

Same problem in:
- filter bar in map module
- slide show header bar
- filter bar of secondary display (was Shift+<, is now unusable Ctrl+\).

The less-than-key stil seems to be free, so why was it changed?

By the way: In the map module, the shortcut help dialog still shows the less-than-key, but the actual shortcut is the backslash (also shown in the menu).

Edit: Added Lightroom as a product so it shows up in the LR problems.

Similar changes were made to languages ES (, => \), NL (, => \), and SV (, => \). Seems pretty random to me too, since "&lt" is still unassigned.

You can change the assignment yourself by editing the file TranslatedStrings.txt -- see here: http://www.lightroomqueen.com/article...

John, thanks a lot for the hint!
I located the file for German in Resources\de and as Administrator changed the line:
"$$$/AgLibrary/Menu/View/ShowFilterBar/Key=^L"
to:
"$$$/AgLibrary/Menu/View/ShowFilterBar/Key=
which gave me back the LR5 shortcut key.
The backslash would have been kind of awkward shortcut on German keyboards anyway.

Here is a (hopefully) complete list of all entries to change (shown here for german localization):

"$$$/AgLibrary/Bezel/FilterBarHidden=Drücken Sie <, um die Filterleiste erneut anzuzeigen"
"$$$/AgLibrary/Bezel/Mac/FilterBarHidden=Drücken Sie <, um die Filterleiste erneut anzuzeigen"
"$$$/AgLibrary/Help/Shortcuts/HideShowFilterBarKey=<"
"$$$/AgLibrary/Help/Shortcuts/Mac/HideShowFilterBarKey=<"
"$$$/AgLibrary/Menu/View/ShowFilterBar/Key=<"
"$$$/AgLibrary/Menu/View/ShowFilterBar/Mac/Key=<"
"$$$/AgLocation/Bezel/Filterbar/FilterBarHidden=Drücken Sie <, um die Filterleiste erneut anzuzeigen"
"$$$/AgLocation/Bezel/Filterbar/Mac/FilterBarHidden=Drücken Sie <, um die Filterleiste erneut anzuzeigen"
"$$$/AgLocation/Menu/View/ShowFilterBar/Key=<"
"$$$/AgLocation/Menu/View/ShowFilterBar/Mac/Key=<"
"$$$/Slideshow/Bezel/HeaderHidden=Drücken Sie <, um den Überschriftbalken erneut anzuzeigen"
"$$$/Slideshow/Bezel/Mac/HeaderHidden=Drücken Sie <, um den Überschriftbalken erneut anzuzeigen"
"$$$/Slideshow/Menu/View/ShowHeader/Key=<"
"$$$/Slideshow/Menu/View/ShowHeader/Mac/Key=<"
"$$$/AgApplication/Menu/Window/SecondMonitor/FilterViewShortcut=Shift+<"

Note: In this forum, you cannot enter directly the < character (the forum interprets a limited set of HTML). Because of that, harald duvenbecks post does not look correctly in the second line. You have to use < (HTML entity).

BTW: My original remark for the secondary display was wrong: In LR6, the filter bar shortcut is now Shift+\, not Ctrl+\ (also corrected in the above list).

Thanks LRuserXY, works for me.
For anybody interested in the same solution (german localization) the complete "TranslatedStrigs.txt" file can be downloaded here:
https://app.box.com/s/wk0w6510ijqw3wp...
just rename the original file with "TranslatedStrings.txt.old" or something alike and copy the new version into the same folder.

If you have trouble downloading, here is a zipped version of the same file. Unzip and proceed as above.
