Filename Template Editor - confusing dates/time

I try to export photos with rename.

Template is  YYYY MM DD HH MM SS + file name

Date of capture is 2015 07 29 15 31 31

Date when the file started it's life on my computers is 2020 04 19 15 08 (import from iCloud)

Date of file creation is 2020 04 26 14 56  (some action done, probably rating assigned)
Date of modification is 2020 04 28 17 25 (today, export time)

When I export with mentioned template, Lightroom disregards capture date and uses:

1) Date of modification minus 2 hours to preview the resulting filename:

2) Date of creation minus 2 hours for exported file name, so I get something like: AGC18_20200426125652-IMG_7851.jpg

Could this be fixed to something more stable and timeless, like Date of capture

You apparently saved this file at one time from InfanView and it messed up what Lr thinks is the Capture Date.  Lr has a lot of issues with its date processes.  Hopefully John Ellis will chime in as he is an expert on the date issues in Lr.

Your IrfanView idea is good, but it is not the case here. I have too many photos like that in my export. First problem for me here is  that I don't see any consistency :)
