In 'File Renaming' function,
Please add option to use 'Capture Date & Time' instead of current data & time on 'Filename Template editor'.

In the Filename Template Editor you can choose date and time and as far as I know, it will use the capture date/time

Even if make template contains date&time as this way,  Capture date & time may not be used and it may become the current date & time.

As Marco said, this is the capture date/time. If you're getting the current date/time when you use it, we'll need more information about the photos you're using it on.

To build on Victoria's comment, when a photo is missing the capture date/time in its metadata (or LR isn't able to read that metadata due to bugs or incompatibilities), LR usually uses the file's last-modified time (the time the file was created or modified by any camera or application), which is often very close to "now".  But LR has long had bugs when it does this, producing confusing behavior, and not all of those bugs have been squashed.

So the first step in troubleshooting this is to share a problem photo using Dropbox or similar, and we can take a look at its metadata under the microscope.

I have seen this mentioned elsewhere. Recreate your preset, that will probably solve this issue.
