Photoshop: File Export Save for Web - Metadata Options

It would be helpful to have a way to save all metadata except the specific Photoshop CC and Camera Raw adjustments made.  This would allow capturing camera data (i.e. ISO, aperture, and shutterspeeds used) but not the post processing techniques used to create the image.  Is there a way to do this?

Turn off saving History in Photoshop Preferences.

If I do that, I'll lose the history for the psd version of the document as well, won't I?  I want to retain the history for myself, but not include it on the jpeg "Save for Web" version.

Then you'd have to use a script to delete the history metadata. Adobe hasn't implemented much granularity when it comes to exporting and you just have their settings.
