Photoshop: Add Clarity adjustment layer

Please add the clarity adjustment (local contrast) found in Lightroom to Photoshop. Put it in the adjustment layers submenu along with curves, levels, color balance, etc. I often save a flattened film scan TIF file from Photoshop and then import it into lightroom just to add a clarity adjustment. This ends up being a clunky workflow and I cannot undo or modify the clarity adjustment later in Photoshop. Adding clarity to adjustment layers in PS should be a no-brainer as far as the necessary coding is concerned.

Note: You can apply Clarity to a layer using the Camera Raw filter under the filter menu. If you convert the layer to a Smart Object, the Camera Raw settings can be applied to a layer non-destructively.

I will try that. Do you need to make the adjustment in LR first and then export to PS? Or do you make the adjustment in the camera raw filter in PS?

Just in the camera raw filter in PS, no need for LR.
