Photoshop: Colors under Libraries Panel should be pickable with the eyedropper tool, including from modal color picker.

Once Color Picker is launched you can't pick anything out of Colors in the Libraries panel. Colors must be moved from Libraries to Swatches to be picked from. Let's change this!

Thanks,

Can you explain what you mean?

As written, that doesn't make sense.

You're right Chris, forget the eyedropper.

Launch the color picker by double-clicking your foreground color, background color, a shape layer, etc. Now, try picking a color from Colors in your Libraries panel. It can't be done.

There's certainly workarounds, but in my particular workflow, double-clicking a shape layer and changing it's color via color picker occurs often.

Thanks for the opportunity to clarify.
