Lightroom: Faulty import, imports with a preset even though I don't select it

For one reason or another, when I import photos to lightroom, they're given a preset, some type of tint, that aren't on the digital files themselves.

I have NOT selected that they import with a preset, and it's terribly frustrating, It just started yesterday and I have no clue why.

I've attached a link to a screenshot I took of it

Let's see a screenshot of the full import screen.

Also, let's see what the histogram looks like, too. This might be the old problem with a funky monitor profile. If the histogram also has a colour-cast, then it is a bad monitor profile.

Possible reasons:
1) Import preset
2) Modified develop defaults
3) Bad monitor profile
4) The other app does not display correctly (cannot interpret acr metadata)
5) Lightroom rendering different from in-camera rendering.

#5 does not seem likely, as the Lightroom version in this case, looks clearly manipulated.
