Fault in Lightroom CC 2015 WEb Gallery Captions

In the latest web galleries for Lightroom CC 2015, some of the galleries do not allow such marks as " and / in the Captions Field shut down the entire gallery presentation. The Classic gallery is the only one that allows it. There does not seem to be a workaround, such as using HTML special character codes. I have spoken with Adobe Support on several occasions to try to resolve this but without success.

Have you tried editing the templates? I had to do that to make custom galleries with the filenames on the thumbnail pages.

How do you do this? Export the gallery then edit. I cannot find the gallery SQUARE, for instance.

I need to add: This problem is a fundamental property of the latest galleries (Grid, Square, and Track). Place a " or a \ in the Title or Caption field of any image in the gallery, and the whole gallery does not render. Turn off the Title or Caption display and the gallery will re-appear. But, the CLASSIC gallery works just fine with either of these characters.

I am trying to submit a bug report to Adobe but it doesn't seem to work. How do I do that?
