a few days ago in evaluating PS/Lightroom as a replacement for Aperture, an Adobe agent said PS has face tagging capabilities. I downloaded the demo but cannot find the function. Any suggestions?

There are three separate programs, confusingly named, only one of which has face tagging:

- Photoshop Elements has face tagging.

- Photoshop Lightroom does not have face tagging.

- Photoshop CC (what most people think of when they hear "Photoshop") does not have face tagging.

The Adobe Web site describes each of these programs in detail (though you have to be patient to wade through the marketing).

Also note that face tags in Photoshop element are not written back to the file - so you cannot exchange the info. It remains locked on your database. The only way is to convert face tags into keyword but you loose the face position in the photo.
