Elements: Faces tagged in 13 are not automatically recognized in 14 - even when 14 says its a confirmed face

Another annoyance with the face recognition in Elements 14 when upgraded from Elements 13: If I go to Person, Named click on faces. I see confirmed faces but there are a lot of gray symbols with a person inside. If I go to a picture with this symbol I see that the photo is tagged with the person, but the face is not marked. Of course, I can do this manually, but I would expect Elements 14 to do this automatically.
And I wait a minute or so because it might be that Elements starts to analyse the picture when open but nothing happens. I cannot confirm or select the respective face due to an automatic analysis by Elements. And this is a poor behaviour - as Elements 13 has found the face and tagged it...

Hi,
I tagged my faces in Elements 12 and they have remained tagged in Elements 14. I had a problem recently with Elements 12 where I moved files in File Manager and Elements 12 lost the face tag, but the picture remained tagged. I eventually discovered that the location on the photo of the tag is stored in the Breeze data in Elements and not in the picture itself. Hence if you are moving photos to a different file location, you must do it from within Elements (File/Move option) so that elements also updates the Breeze data. Not sure if this helps, but it is worth experimenting with.

Hi Kevin, thanks for your reply. I thought about this issue as well, but I did not move the location of my pictures. The location is the same since ages.
I retested it and converted my Elements 13 catalogue to Elements 14 again - and woops - the same result: Most faces in a picture with two or more faces are not recognized - although they were marked in Elements 13.
