Eyedropper tool off half a pixel

Eyedropper sample point is off half a pixel.

1. Create a new document
2. Zoom way in so individual pixels are huge
3. Change the color of a single pixel with the pencil tool
4. Select the eyedropper tool and hover over various parts of the pixel

OBSERVE: Different values. The eyedropper changes value when crossing the center of the pixel.
EXPECT: Eyedropper to change value when the sample point crosses the edge of the pixel.

NOTE: The issue appears isolated to the eyedropper tool. The pencil, paintbrush and eraser are all behaving properly with respect to their drawing location.

Platform: MacOS 10.8.5
Photoshop version: 14.0 x64

Yep, already reported and fixed for the next major release.

Someone applied rounding where they shouldn't have before sampling the pixel value.
