The eyedropper in Photoshop is making inaccurate selections. It samples the color just above the point. Maybe 3 or 4 pixels above the point of the eyedropper. It is not selecting colors on the side or below it, just above.

The tool is set to its usual preferences: point sample, all layers, show sampling ring... I switched it to other options, but It's not right.

Is anyone else having this issue?

I have a 2019 Macbook Pro with a Wacom Intuos Tablet, however, it happens without the tablet too. Tablet is on a usb adapter. At first, I thought it was a USB-C adapter issue, but the mouse point seems to work in other programs in my computer. It is only offset with Photoshop. I can't test it with Illustrator because I don't pay for it anymore.

I've had this problem for a few months, but I think it's time to write about it as the situation is not changing. Using the latest Photoshop version and Mac OS.
