Extension manager bugs...also, the exchange is down

Ok, a few things:
I'm trying to sync/reinstall extensions in Photoshop.
I visited the adobe exchange website and it just keeps refreshing over and over. This was in chrome. It seems to be working in other browsers.
Anyways, I've tried to uninstall various extensions and when I reopen photoshop they're still there. I've tried restarting photoshop, checking the creative cloud app, and everything seems like it should work. Maybe it has something to do with the latest photoshop/windows update which has caused a plethora of bugs/issues. But yeah, the extensions won't sync no matter what I do.

Okay, I saw this with Firefox. You have to disable the tracking protections these  browsers seem to install and run by default. Extensions should work without our doing that, or it should pop up a warning that we need to take care of giving the site permissions, but the only way I could stop the eye-catching, mind-boggling, rapid auto-refresh was to hit the icon in Firefox that gives permissions and set it to allow.

Yeahh....doesn't seem to be working. On the browsers that do work (although the site is still somewhat broken), I've tried downloading extensions and they keep getting corrupted :(

Oh dear. I was fine once I got the stupid thing to stop rapidly reloading. I uninstalled, then reinstalled, and everything worked ok. Hopefully after Thanksgiving weekend Adobe staff here can help you find out what's going on with them.
