Exposure, color temperature and tint units

Basic - Tone - Exposure,
filters / Adjustment Brush - Mask - Exposure:

Exposure in is scaled in units looking like sort of percentage (from -100 to +100), but difference of exposure values (ΔEV) would be better. EV It is used in photography and everybody can understand what's that. ΔEV corresponds to difference in number of strokes of shutter speed and f-numbers in the camera.

filters / Adjustment Brush - Mask - Temp, Tint:
Temp i tint of filters and adjustment brush are scaled in such percentage too, but Kelvins and tint units would be much much better. I want set color temperature in given mask in Kelvins, not mysterious percents.
