LR 4.1: Export Presets for Plugins not showing when a "-" occurs in the pathname

Lightroom version: 4.1 [829322] x64 ,
Operating system: Windows 7 Home Premium Edition x64, Version: 6.1 [7601]

Plugins enrolled in the Modules folder in Settings Folder: C:\Users\ UserName \AppData\Roaming\Adobe\Lightroom are not showing their export presets if there is a "-" in the name.

On my particular PC the following are the paths for the Library and Settings:
Library Path: C:\Users\HP-Dv4-DM\Pictures\Lightroom\Lightroom 4 Catalog.lrcat
Settings Folder: C:\Users\HP-Dv4-DM\AppData\Roaming\Adobe\Lightroom

In this particular case Export Presets for the two plug-ins HDR Efex and XRite Color Checker passport do NOT show in the export panel.

I moved the ".lrplugin" folders to my Documents and then Pictures library and then re-registered but the export presets still didn't show. I then created a folder on the root directory "C:\LR-Modules", moved the HDR Efex and Xrite color checker plug-ins there but the export presets still didn't show even though it showed in the plug-in manager as "installed and running".

I then renamed the folder to "C:\LRModules", reloaded the plug-ins and all is now fine with the Export Presets showing in the "Export with Preset" panel.

C'mon Adobe this is a BUG, at least acknowledge it as I have already posted the workaround here.
