Export photos and Import/Add to catalog at the same time

Maybe I'm alone in this respect but I have multiple libraries of photos (one of the great things about Lightroom is that it generally supports this quite well). In my case I have two locations for photos. I have an External drive where I store all of my photos, good or bad, in their original formats. After selecting the keepers and editing them I then copy those select photos as JPEGs to my computer hard drive.
I currently do this by exporting the photos to a folder on my computer hard drive and then I Import/Add that folder in Lightroom to add them to my catolog. While this works (with the exception of causing problems with Keywords, but that's another issue). It would be nice if I could select an option to export the photos and Import/Add them to my catolog at the same time (a couple less clicks for me).

You just need to click this highlighted box in the Export dialog:

Thanks Jim.
You know now that you mention it, I think I remember seeing that option a couple of months ago when I was Demoing the program and thinking it was a great option to have. Unfortunately, somehow in the interim it's existence got buried in the pile of stuff I've been learning about using the program and just never noticed it again even though I have visited that dialog numerous times (I've even created a few presets)
Thanks again for the reminder.
Now on to the Keyword issues.
