Photoshop: How do I export multiple folders in to multiple single .png images?

I have made icons, which are organized by each icon in single folder. How can i export single folder to an .png image, except using actions... ?

Are you running Photoshop CC? Generator would be ideal for this:

Currently, the only way to do this with CS6 would be to write a javascript that iterates over the layer stack.
