I've found threads with similar bugs as old as 3 years ago, and I'm not seeing a fix.
When resizing in Lightroom, setting a custom crop too close to a default ratio, the crop snaps to the default. This seems to affect export, as exported images are 1 pixel off of the size set with dimensions.
If I choose 2697x1518, that's what I need.
The publishing page simply will not upload a file that is 2697x1517.

What's the size of your cropped original in pixels? This could also be a rounding issue when scaling down. Agreed that the snapping to known dimensions thing is quite annoying. I run into that sometimes too when I need an exact ratio that happens to be a bit close to a common ratio.

Oh I see now. That number is very close to the 1920x1080 ratio and consequently it will snap to that. Very annoying indeed.
