Photoshop CC: How do I convert Linked Library Smart Objects so they are no longer Linked?

A colleague has created some artwork, but has saved all their smart objects to their library by mistake. He wanted to just save them as standard smart objects, as this key art needs to be shared across a lot of places across the UK. Is there a way to export all of this out without going down the route of sharing the library? Or does he need to place all the images back in as standard Smart Object? Thanks!

For linked or cloud-linked smart objects you can convert the to regular smart objects by rt-click (ctrl-click on mac) on the object in the layers panel, then selecting "Embed Linked".
If you mean that all the art is up in the "Lbraries" panel an not in any folder at all, you can just drop those objects in from the libraries panel and do the "Embed Linked" or try alt-dragging them and it will dump their contents directly to the layers panel...

Wish there was a setting in the preferences where you can turn on embed all smart objects automatically. This is extremely annoying for anyone who works for a company where several people work on one file...

Check Under "Layer" > "Smart Objects" > "Embed All Linked"
