Photoshop/Bridge: How do I export image metadata like EXIF etc (for camera debugging purposes). and can we do this in bulk to an XML or .txt file?

right now with my cs5, I can't export any metadata from my images in ps or bridge :-(((
can't copy to clipboard either. so stuck. and my camera won't focus and it needs a firmware update, and nikon is saying "sorry, can't read your modified JPEGs" (sure... they are untouched). so apparently the burdenof proof is on the user as usual. all I know is my camera won't focus with macro and zoom combined.
need the exif data to get my camera fixed. thanks.

What exactly is Canon asking for?

If you send them the original files from your camera is should include the EXIF they want. If you're using Save For Web to resave JPEG files from the originals directly from camera, you may be stripping all of the metadata, including EXIF.
