I have two TIFF files in a  folder, neither have any layers. EXPORTING to desktop as TIFF, pixel dimensions unchanged, one image's MB size stays the same, the others is about 1/3 less. But if I EXPORT them as ORIGINAL, the MB size does not change.. I don't understand why. Could someone explain it please. Thank you

I think I just figured it out.......
There was a crop on the image. When I EXPORTED it as a TIFF (which the file is) I got the cropped version, when I exported it as ORIGINAL I get the uncropped version.

The cropped area was very similar to the rest of the image, that's my excuse for not spotting the difference

Also, when exporting as a TIFF, you can set options for compression, color space, & bit depth.  Your choices there will affect the resulting size of the exported TIFF.

When exporting as "Original", Lr is basically just making a copy of the original file - TIFF, jpg, dng, whatever.  There are no additional export settings that would cause the size to change.
