Can you post a source file and resulting files (zip file on CC Files or Dropbox) so we can try and troubleshoot?

I have the same problem. Layers / comps seem fine when switching through but appear clipped in exported files.

What file format are you exporting to? Are there any artboards involved? I use layer comps in almost all my professional work, so if there's a big bug, i need to find it.

Good call. My desktop is still on 10.12.6, but i checked another machine with Mojave and don't see the issue there.
