Photoshop CC 2015.1: Export As broken

Photoshop CC 2015 - 2015.1, Windows 7 64 bit
Art Board document
File / Export / Export As
Select artboard to export
Select JPG format
Click Export
Drill to Folder to export
Type in File Name (ie: 960x30)
Error: Path Does Not Exist

Ok, looks like this is my error. Photoshop is looking for a director to export ALL artboards at once. Is there an easy way to export just one artboad?

The correct way to do this is to Right Click on the artboard in the Layers Panel and select Export As or Quick Export.
