My current version of Photoshop CC 2015 occasional records incorrect Exit data. For example, wrong camera and lens. Why???? and how to correct??

Photoshop uses the data that is in the file. Unless you copied your image from one file to another, it will have the camera and lens information from your camera.

Can you give us more information about what you are seeing?

Thanks. I don't understand what do you mean by copying information from one file to another. I convert all of my raw nef files to dng. I open them up in Bridge CC 2015 and the wrong lens and camera is recorded in the Exif data file as you can see in Bridge. Not all just an occasional. I took a whole series of images with my Nikon D810 with the 105 mm macro lens. I am finding some images/files with Exif data indicating I used my D800E and 70-200 mm f/2.9 lens. I took 300+ images of the same flower and Exif data files indicate some with one camera and lens and some with another camera and lens. That is not true. They were all taken with my D810 and 105 not D800E and 70-200. Why the error?
