Event Photography Workflow: Canon 6D Mark II, iPhone, Lightroom Mobile, Lightroom Classic

Please work to smooth out this event photography workflow with Lightroom:

1) Capture event images with the Canon 6D Mark II, in RAW + proxy JPEG (smallest).
2) During lulls, mark great images with a 5-star rating in-camera. Do in-camera editing as desired for efficiency.
3) Immediately after event, or periodically during, download the 5-star rated thumbnails into the iPhone using Canon Camera Connect via a direct Wi-Fi connection. Disconnect the direct Wi-Fi connection to allow the phone to access the Internet again.
3a) Perhaps Lightroom Mobile can use a Camera Connect API to start the operation from Mobile and skip the separate app and iPhone camera roll.
4) Move (not copy) the photos from the "Canon EOS 6D Mark II" album within the camera roll into Lightroom Mobile.
5) Apply rapid edits as needed to this batch of images.
6) From Lightroom Mobile, Share the images to social media, text message or email messages.
7) After the event, find a reliable and fast Wi-Fi connection and sync to the cloud to avoid destroying my limited cellular data allowance.
8) On the  Surface Book, start Lightroom Classic. Select the event photography catalog. Insert the camera's SD card into the computer and all photos into an appropriate folder and collection. Lightroom Classic should apply the camera's star ratings into its own star attribute. Lightroom Classic should match companion raw files to the previously edited proxies and apply the same recipe to them.
8a) Delete the event photos from Adobe Cloud.
9) Cull the photos again, or filter by 5-star rating. Delete rejected photos.
9a) Lightroom Classic could use content analysis to auto-stack very similar photos (same person and pose, slightly different facial expression).
10) Apply further edits as needed within Lightroom and Photoshop.
10a) Create Picks sub-collection.
11) Export. Print. Share album on website. ZIP and upload photos to Amazon S3 for download by client.
12) Return SD card to camera and format.
