Hi
Wanted to upgrade from the 2gb basis membership to 20gb. And as many other which have their daily lives in europe, it seems that we are not abel to upgrade our membership. WHY ADOBE?? With all due respect, I have bought Adobe software because I really thought it was a top professional company, with a offer to its customers for a total solution regarding editing and backup for images, regardless of where you live.I am very very disappointed. Now I have to find another vendor (picasa google backup)which have no problems to offer a good service, for us who have their lives in Europe. Adobe you are losing money, because of a strange non logical sales strategy...

Currently, choices are:
A free membership and get 2GB of space -- OR -- A paid membership to creative cloud and get 20GB of space PLUS all of the CS6 apps, other desktop apps and several online services.

You can upgrade your 2GB to 20GB, but only by upgrading to the paid membership. This is the situation worldwide, not just in Europe.

Thank you Peter Green for your feedback, much appreciated, but at current time I am not interested in
Creative Cloud. My point is , that it seems that I can't upgrade my current account in Photoshop.com from 2gb to more space. I am meet by the following notice form Adobe . "The account using, then comes my email, was registered for Denmark. Please sign in using an existing account for this country, or create a new account." When I log into my account, (in Denmark), then I am met with no choice whatsoever to pay, fpr the extra service/storage.
Best Regards, Jan
