Errors from updating the CC 2014 programs to the new CC 2015 programs

I've updated Photoshop, Indesign, Acrobat on our work computers, and Illustrator on one work computer. Lots of issues coming up this time around.

1. Some programs are not given access in our server (Photoshop specifically)

2. When I go to properties of a previous photoshop file, it will NOT let me choose the new photoshop as the default program.

3. Our server, once we updated Acrobat, keeps giving us this error:
"Adobe Acrobat Reader DC has stopped working" randomly popping up a lot.

And more... can we uninstall these programs for now? And go back to the 2014 versions of everything? Or is there a simple solution?

What do you mean by "server"?

1) What do you mean by "not given access"?

2) that is a registry issue, see other topics on how to solve/workaround that

Yes, you can go reinstall the old 2014 versions if you wish. Just show previous versions in the Creative Cloud app.

It might help if you told us what OS version you were using.
And if Acrobat is crashing, you need to post the details of the crash report in the Acrobat user forums (but first check for other people reporting the same issue).
