Photoshop: Error when installing PS CS5.5 on a MacBook Pro with SSD OCZ Octane

I get an error message when I try to install Photoshop CS5.5..(and CS6, as shown in the picture) I ́m not sure that this is correct(I google-translated it, since the error message was in Norwegian):
installation at the stations where the distinction between uppercase and lowercase characters are not supported. select a different drive location for the installation

Help. What do I do. And by the way I ́m using a MacBook Pro 13" with a new, fresh SSD in it. I was able to install Photoshop before I got the SSD, so I wonder what the problem is..

You need to format the drive with a case-insensitive file system, NOT case-sensitive.
