There is not an exact situation when it crashes, it happens at any moment when I'm working with a psd file, usually once per 2-3 days.

On Windows, we usually have to wait for the Windows Error Reporting CAB files. Sometimes the report will identify the culprit (drivers, third party plugins, etc.), but other times the Windows simple reports are useless by themselves.
