Been dealing with this issue for weeks. Would be so easy if I could talk to someone by phone. Have used Adobe products for so many years....now they only want to communicate with you if you have the newest products. How frustrating is that! Have I reinstalled the PSCS5 more times that allowed in the licensing agreement? I have run out of ideas about why I cannot open my Nikon Raw files and the update patch won't work.
I need answers and help...not criticism for being so technically challenged!I am trying to learn.
