I get Error 400. Likewise, when I try to look for updates I receive a message that the update server is not available and to try later. I disabled my firewall and tried again with the same results.

I have an account with ADOBE. I recently installed Photoshop Elements. I saw there was a sign in area. I tried using my ADOBE ID and received the error message, "Photoshop.com services are currently unavailable. Please try again later or check your network connections. ERROR 400." I tried to create an account from the Photoshop Elements software page. I entered another e-mail address I use and new password. When I hit create, I received the same error. Adobe has been unable to assist me. Any help would be appreciated.

2 questions:
1) Why can I not sign in to my Adobe account from Elements 9? I keep getting an error message that says it is not available at this time. I have tried numerous times for a week.
2)How do I import an entire file of pictures into my gallery? i am only able to send 1 picture at a time. My photo library is located on an external hard drive.

Obviously people Adobe Photoshop Elements is NOT supporting anyone who does not have Elements 13 or Revel.(CLOUD)......they have closed us out and when I called the help line they will only support/troubleshoot Element 13 and direct to the FORUM. I have read the above frustrations of others who are having the same problem I am, and we are getting no help from Adobe/Photoshop. I have learned a lot in the past few days coming to this conclusion. I wonder if Adobe even reads these frustrations......they direct us to the forum and the only thing in the forum is our questions
MAYBE NOT EVERYONE WANTS TO BE THEIR CLOUD.

This reply was created from a merged topic originally titled Elements: Viewing backups online.

I set up backup and sync when I first started using Photoshop Elements. My computer has stopped working, and I'm trying to figure out the best way to fix it. I'm trying to see if I can view the files that I have backup up online to determine if all of my latest work is there. I'm logged into photoshop.com, but don't see anywhere to view my files. Where can I view my files that have been backed up/synced? Thank you.

This reply was created from a merged topic originally titled My PS Elements v9 does not appear to be able to access my internet (error 400).

I can not sign onto photoshop.com from the program.  Also when trying to access the map function an error occurs - ... network services or internet is not available.
Obviously, I can access photoshop.com since I am not logged on thru my (Chrome) browser.
