Hi Nasser, which Tool do you have selected? There are a number of different tool options that have size entry fields.

Howdy Nasser,

I'm not seeing this in the latest release of the product on Windows, so can I ask you some follow-up questions?

What OS are you running on?  Win10?  Which version, do you know?

In Photoshop, what are you units setting?  You can see them under Edit > Preferences > Units & Rulers

What size document are you working with to start with?

Just trying to help suss out the source of your problem.

Thanks,
David

 Units & Rulers:

size document: for example 1000px × 1000px

*  for example After you create a Rectangle tool and press the Ctrl + T key, you will be error by changing the dimensions in the toolbar.

Howdy Nasser,

Thank you for your detailed answers.  Unfortunately, I cannot reproduce the problem that you're experiencing.  8-(

Have you cleared your preferences?  What other apps are running at the same time?  Any sidecar apps?  Did this work with PS 19.x or 20.0.0?  What OS language are you running?  What virtual language is your keyboard set for?  What is the physical keyboard's language?

Thanks,
David

It may help if we could see your Photoshop System Info. Launch Photoshop, and select Help > System Info... and copy/paste the text in a reply.
