I have a new IMac (Three months old) with Photoshop & Lightroom CC. Photoshop ran without any problems until last update. Now I get an error message if I try to change background/foreground colour or use eyedropper to select colour. I have no thrird party plugins. I have tried removing preferences as suggest by Adobe which did not solve the problems. I am now in a yearly contract with a produce that does not work.

What error message are you seeing?
Are you using the latest version (CC 2015, aka Photoshop 16.0.0)?

Hi Chris,

Many thanks but I got hold of Adobe and a nice man took over my computer and after a few clicks problem solved.

Regards

According to the case notes, John's problem was the preferences. Try restoring your preferences: http://blogs.adobe.com/crawlspace/201...
