I've been trying to make a .GIF file through a tutorial I found online. I am currently using Photoshop CS6. However, when I click 'Load files into stacks...', an error pops up. More specifically, the error says :

I don't want to make a new admin account to fix this (which I read through other threads), are there any other ways to fix this?

Have you tried to simply restore your prefs to see if that fixes it? http://blogs.adobe.com/crawlspace/201...

Did you try and new Admin account to see if that fixes your problem?

If it does, that indicates the problem is that the user account's permissions are damaged and not set correctly: http://blogs.adobe.com/crawlspace/201...

It can also mean that some of the support files for the scripts have been moved or accidentally replace with a copy from a previous version of Photoshop.

Nope, neither solution worked.

Well, somehow your scripts folder is messed up -- either with bad permissions, missing files, or wrong versions of files. A clean install works --- so how have you changed the scripts folder since installing Photoshop?

Did the Load Files into Stacks or any of the other Automate commands (Photomerge, Merge to HDR) ever work on this system?

Well, I never used them, so no.
