Enhance the file-renaming capabilities in Lightroom!

I use the following format for naming my files (using exiftool to rename my files), for example:

Original Filename: GK1-1348.NEF
New Filname: Mallorca @2015-07-17 12h45m39s Fr. #1348 (c)GK.NEF

I use this syntax since about 1 year for new files, and I'm happy with that, because I can sort my files by date or alphabeticaly, and they are always in chronological order. And: I have no chance to change my old, already imported filenames inside Lightroom in the same way (I can't use my tool to do this without loosing all develop-setting inside from Lightroom - because, for sure, when the filenames will be changed "externally" Lightroom can't find them anymore)

What I'm missing in Lightroom to rename the files in the same way:

- give access to the date field "day of the week" in the format "Mo.,Tue, Wed., Thu, Fr., Sat, Sun", as you can see above I would like to have i.e. "2015-11-19 Thu." as part of the filename
- provide string feature: i.e. take the 2nd-7th charachter of the original filename
- provide string feature: i.e. take the last 2 characters of the filename, take the first 5 characters of the filename
- provide string feature: replace string xxx with string yyy
