PHOTOSHOP: Empty black space under file after switching to higher resolution device

When I am switching from my laptop to higher resolution while some file opened, photoshop makes black empty space under my project. It doesn't go away until I quit my actual file and then re-open it. This bug is only when switching from smaller device to bigger device.

Sorry, don't know if it's clear, in addition I just say that I am connecting and disconnecting my monitor on laptop - so that's meant by "switching to higher resolution device". :)

14.2.1 x64 / OS Win7x64 ... sorry don't knew that some other newer version already exist, must try :)

Yes, this bug is also in latest version of Photoshop CC 2014. Here is how it looks after swithing from laptop (1366x768px) to 22" monitor (1680x1050)
